ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine sour cream and egg in a shallow dish.  Combine bread crumbs and parmesan in a shallow dish.  Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, and the the bread crumb mixture.

Place in a greased, shallow baking dish.  Bake, uncovered, for 45 min- 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
