ITALIAN CHEESE BRUSCHETTA

INGREDIENTS

6 oz. feta cheese
6 oz cream cheese
1 loaf baguette bread
2 roma tomatoes
garlic cloves (to taste)
basil (to taste)
3 T. butter
1/2 c. olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 325.

Combine butter and oil in a pan and brown bread lightly in the oil mixture over medium heat.

Mix cheeses, garlic, and basil together.  Spread the cheese onto the bread.

Place on a cookie sheet and bake until golden brown (about 5 min).

Top with fresh tomatoes.
