MACARONI AND CHEESE

INGREDIENTS

6 T. butter
6 T. flour
3 c. milk
salt
pepper
2 c. elbow macaroni
4 c. grated cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook macaroni.

Melt butter in heavy sauce pan.  Stir in flour and cook until bubbly.

Add milk, one cup at a time, stirring constantly until thickened.  Season as desired.

Remove from heat; add cheese and stir until melted.

Stir macaroni into cheese sauce and heat through.
