INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375.
Pound out chicken and toss in flour; shake off excess. Dip in combined egg+water, press on bread crumbs.
Cook chicken in heated butter and oil on stovetop until golden brown.
Place in glass dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Spoon over generously with pasta sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and drizzle with oil.
Bake uncovered for 25-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
